RIGHT OF RETURN

The customer will have 7 days from delivery of the purchase to request a return of Gelato 4ever products.

To request a return of our Gelato 4ever products, you must send an email to the email address: info@gelato4ever.com which will send you the authorization, and the instructions to follow.

1. Refunds are not provided in the event that:

Gelato 4ever products were not purchased through the website: gelato4ever.com
The products are damaged by improper use or negligence.
The products have been used in a manner other than the intended purpose.
Products damaged by use or that have exceeded the reasonable duration of the product will not be replaced.
Products whose packaging has already been opened.
2. The customer will have 7 days from delivery of the purchase to request a return of Gelato 4ever products (including machines). Once the return request has been authorized, an email will be sent with the confirmation and the instructions to follow.

3. To refund the full monetary amount, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received. The return of the products will be made in the original packaging in which it was received and adapted to the returned volume so that the transfer does not suffer any damage. Once the product is received, its condition will be checked and, once the return is accepted, the total amount will be returned by the same means with which the payment was made.

4. The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer unless the return was made for reasons that concern our quality standard. If the return is caused by a bad condition of the product, it is necessary to immediately request the return to obtain authorization from Gelato 4ever in this way the costs of the product will be fully refunded.

The products must not have been tampered with or made unsuitable for resale (for example, an eaten and unwanted product).

5. The times for the monetary refund vary according to the payment method with which the payment was made.

Credit card: the refund will be made within the following 15 days in which the return was received, the times for the refund are subject to the time of the bank involved in the payment.
PayPal: the refund will be visible within 48 hours of confirmation of the return.
6. The customer can make the return either with the same logistics courier with the order received, or with the courier of their choice at the following address:

Gelato 4ever will not be responsible for any damage or theft of the product during transport. All risks of loss or damage to the Products during shipment to the Seller for return are borne by the User.

In the event that the purchase was made with the free shipping promotion, Gelato 4ever will refund the cost of the return at the standard price.

Likewise, we invite you to use the trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance.

The Seller will have the right to withhold the refund until it has received the products in excellent condition.

Upon receipt of the return communication, if timely, the Seller will refund the User for all payments received, excluding delivery costs, which are the responsibility of the User; the refund will be made using the same payment method used by the User for the sale in relation to which the return was exercised.

RETURN OF A NON-CONFORMING AND/OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you have received a product that is clearly damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect, you can request a refund for the item by communicating it to the email info@gelato4ever.com
Upon receipt of the order, you must promptly communicate the non-conformity.
