Pour the product, even at room temperature, in any accumulator batch freezer or with compressor and wait 30-40 minutes. Otherwise pour the frozen product in any mixer or kitchen robot and wait the desired solidity. To complete the yogurt base it’s necessary to add fresh or long-life yogurt before preparation to obtain the desired yogurt base. (70% yogurt base + 30% yogurt of your choice).
