To request a refund of our Gelato 4ever’s products please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the authorization and the instructions to follow.
1. The returns can’t be made:
- If the products of Gelato 4ever were not purchased through the website: gelato4ever.com
- If the products are damaged by misuse or neglect.
- If the products were used differently for the intended purpose.
- Products damaged by the use or products that exceeded the reasonable life of the product will not be replaced.
2. The customer will have 48 hours counting from the delivery of the purchase to request the return of the products of Gelato 4ever(including the machines) without any monetary penalty. Once authorized by us the return request, a confirmation email will be sent with the instructions to follow.
3. In order to be able to refund the total monetary amount, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received. The return of the products must be made in the original packaging in which it was received, and adapted to the volume returned so that the transfer does not suffer damage. Once the package has been received, the condition of the product will be checked. Once the return is accepted, the total amount will be returned by the same means in which the payment was made.
4. The return shipping costs are paid by the customer as long as this return is for reasons that do not correspond to our quality standard. If the return is caused by a bad state of the product, it is necessary to request the return immediately to obtain the authorization of Gelato 4ever in this way the expenses of the return of the product will be refund 100%.
5. The times for monetary refund vary according to the modality with which the payment was made.
- Credit card: the refund will be made within the following 15 days in which the refund was received, the repayment times are subject to the times of the bank involved in the payment.
- PayPal: The refund will be visible within 48 hours once the refund is confirmed.
6. The client can make the return either with the same logistics company that the order has been received, or with the company of his preference at the following address:

In case that the customer sends the return with an external company to our affiliated companies (GLS, Bartolini, Posta Italiana) Gelato 4ever is not responsible for any damage or theft of the product during transport.
In case that the purchase was made with the promotion of free delivery service, Gelato 4ever will refund the cost of the returning a standard price. Otherwise we invite you to use trackable shipping service or to buy a shipping insurance.
